Communication throughout the process was super responsive. We were kept informed throughout the entire process with regular updates. Questions were answered clearly and quickly, and we had many since we had not bought a home in 52 years. In addition, closing was extremely smooth. That is not however her strongest attribute, it is rather her empathy for the clients in order to make their experience memorable and her willingness to assist in many ways with the purchase. An example: we were looking for a dining set for the dining room and she had another client who needed to sell theirs. Voila, it was done. She offers advice on small touches such suggestions about the house and its vision going forward. She offers the names of reliable and experienced tradesman to check out. This is actually the second time we have used Mary and she will always be our go to. The sale of our house happened so fast and so smooth. From day one, she made recommendations to us to help with the sale of our house which we did everything she asked and it made a huge difference. Our house was under contract within a couple weeks.
