Andrea was great to work with on finding a new home. She taylored my search to exactly what I wanted. Every time a potential problem arose she already had an answer or knew the contact to reach out to. Also after closing she has checked in to make sure everything is fine. I doubt that many people would do the same. I would 100 percent recommend with zero hesitation to anyone looking for their new home

We knew from the beginning that Ed would be the best realtor to help us buy our home. We we impressed by his deep understanding of market trends, his responsiveness to our personal needs and his ability to make excellent suggestions for solving problems. We felt comfortable with his professionalism and commitment from the start. We contacted Ed well over a year before we bought, with the intention of buying in six months. Because of personal circumstances, it took much longer. He was very patient, contacting us from time to time just to check in and offer help. He would occasionally send an email with several houses that he thought might interest us or update us with market trends. He was never overaggresive and was very responsive to our personal situation. When we were finally ready to buy, Ed was totally committed to helping us find the house that was perfect for us. He willingly spent as much time as we needed to view homes that we liked as well as to suggest others. He listened to what we wanted and understood our needs. When a question arose, he was quick to respond or let us know that he would get the answer. After we made an offer, he kept us informed as to progress, and when a problem arose in the inspection process, a very fair negotiation process was quick and easy. In addition Ed went above and beyond by making suggestions for contractors to help with improvements and even recomended an insurance agent that was beneficial. Communication throughout the process was super responsive. We were kept informed throughout the entire process with regular updates. Questions were answered clearly and quickly, and we had many since we had not bought a home in 52 years. In addition, closing was extremely smooth. Thanks to Ed, our home buying experience was a pleasure because of his professionalism, attention to detail and genuine interest in our satisfaction Throughout the process he was a trusted guide. Chad is an excellent person and realtor. He listens, and pays attention to what you are seeking and does everything he can to make the process comfortable. He is very knowledgeable while not hesitating to research what he doesn’t know, to make sure he is giving his client correct information. He is patient. He worked with me off and on over a year while I fluctuated on my need to purchase asap or wait a bit. All the while, he was there for me and responded appropriately with wherever my level of urgency was at the moment. With his patience and diligence, we found my house and he went out of his way to assist me in making this decision from 3000 miles away. I highly recommend him.
