This is actually the second time we have used Mary and she will always be our go to. The sale of our house happened so fast and so smooth. From day one, she made recommendations to us to help with the sale of our house which we did everything she asked and it made a huge difference. Our house was under contract within a couple weeks. Finding our new house was quite the ordeal but Mary was there every step of the way. We must have seen at least 50 houses with her. We all know how rough the market is right now especially after bidding on several houses and losing but she helped us to find our dream home which we were meant to be in. There are thousands of realtors out there but there is only one Mary. Take this advice form a total stranger on the internet, if you want to have a great experience in selling and or purchasing a home, Mary is who you want to work with.

Alyssa is one of the most skilled realtor’s I have ever met. I feel like she is my best friend after she helped me sell my mom’s property. She goes way above and beyond what is expected from a realtor. She is professional, provides sound guidance, and has many contacts in the industry to assist with a multitude of needs such as estate sales and movers. To assist helping me sell a house in New Jersey when I live in California, as well as, to emotionally make me always feel like I am her priority and to understand selling my childhood home, I will always be grateful for her positive attitude and expertise.

My situation was bittersweet. Debbie handled it delicately. I was left my parents house, which was actually my grandparents house, after they both passed away in 2025. We originally met Debbie at an open house when my daughter was looking for a house. My daughter hired her as her realtor and she was so patient with her for the year she was looking. So why not give her the opportunity to do the sale for my property. She helped out with all the paperwork, open permits, logistics with staging the house for the one open house we had. Had 6 or so offers and accepted the first one about one week later. She knew exactly how to handle the business and we received alot more than I ever expected. Recel has been a huge help in the process of selling my home. She also helped me find a great rental that I am incredibly happy with. She is such a sweet person and feels like part of the family. We knew from the beginning that Ed would be the best realtor to help us buy our home. We we impressed by his deep understanding of market trends, his responsiveness to our personal needs and his ability to make excellent suggestions for solving problems. We felt comfortable with his professionalism and commitment from the start. We contacted Ed well over a year before we bought, with the intention of buying in six months. Because of personal circumstances, it took much longer. He was very patient, contacting us from time to time just to check in and offer help. After we made an offer, he kept us informed as to progress, and when a problem arose in the inspection process, a very fair negotiation process was quick and easy. In addition Ed went above and beyond by making suggestions for contractors to help with improvements and even recomended an insurance agent that was beneficial. Communication throughout the process was super responsive. We were kept informed throughout the entire process with regular updates. Questions were answered clearly and quickly, and we had many since we had not bought a home in 52 years. In addition, closing was extremely smooth. Thanks to Ed, our home buying experience was a pleasure because of his professionalism, attention to detail and genuine interest in our satisfaction Throughout the process he was a trusted guide.
