This is actually the second time we have used Mary and she will always be our go to. The sale of our house happened so fast and so smooth. From day one, she made recommendations to us to help with the sale of our house which we did everything she asked and it made a huge difference. Our house was under contract within a couple weeks. Tina is a very knowledgeable, dedicated, patient and really knows how to handle difficult situations. This is the second time I used Tina. First time was 13 years ago, to buy the house she just sold for me. I had many other options for a Realtor but Tina was and will always be my first choice!
