This is actually the second time we have used Mary and she will always be our go to. The sale of our house happened so fast and so smooth. From day one, she made recommendations to us to help with the sale of our house which we did everything she asked and it made a huge difference. Our house was under contract within a couple weeks. My situation was bittersweet. Debbie handled it delicately. I was left my parents house, which was actually my grandparents house, after they both passed away in 2025. We originally met Debbie at an open house when my daughter was looking for a house. My daughter hired her as her realtor and she was so patient with her for the year she was looking. So why not give her the opportunity to do the sale for my property. She helped out with all the paperwork, open permits, logistics with staging the house for the one open house we had.
