Excellent realtor who helped us buy fast and at the right price

Valerie Belardo was an excellent realtor who made our home buying experience smooth and stress-free. She responded very quickly to all our calls, texts, and questions. We never had to wait long for answers. If she didn’t have the info right away she immediately told us exactly who to contact. She really stood out with her market knowledge and guidance on pricing. Valerie helped us figure out a realistic offer range so we didn’t overbid on the house. We felt confident we were paying a fair price based on what the home was actually worth.She was extremely well prepared for everything from showings to paperwork and closing. I highly recommend Valerie if you’re buying a home.

Excellence with Committment
