Cecilia was the absolute best agent to assist my husband and I in purchasing our first home. She was incredibly thorough and patient in helping to explain what we would need to do throughout the entire process. Cecelia was determined to help us find our perfect first home, highlighting best areas for our budget as well as what red flags to look for when pursuing listings. She was prompt and thorough in her communication. Since she knows the area and market so well she was able to connect us with a great mortgage lender contract, a carpet instillation, and an overall knowledge and understanding of what we were looking for. Cecilia was incredible and I highly recommend her for anyone looking to buy a home!

We could not have asked for more from Cecelia as we unexpectedly had to sell our mom's home from a distance. Cecelia worked hard on our behalf knowing that we were not able to pour as much into the sale as we would have if we had been there. She directed us to reliable service people to make the necessary repairs and upgrades for sale. She also sold the property to our mother several years earlier and it was because of how well that process went that we sought her out for the sale. Having been on both ends (purchase and sale) we can wholeheartedly say that Cecelia is the best! She knows the market, knows what is needed to sell a house, and is both competent and friendly to work with!

Can’t thank Cecilia enough for her help in selling our home. A wonderful person who is always there to help you through any problems. Years of knowledge & service really made a difference.
