We could not have asked for more from Cecelia as we unexpectedly had to sell our mom's home from a distance. Cecelia worked hard on our behalf knowing that we were not able to pour as much into the sale as we would have if we had been there. She directed us to reliable service people to make the necessary repairs and upgrades for sale. She also sold the property to our mother several years earlier and it was because of how well that process went that we sought her out for the sale. Having been on both ends (purchase and sale) we can wholeheartedly say that Cecelia is the best! She knows the market, knows what is needed to sell a house, and is both competent and friendly to work with!
