No words that I write will be able to describe how thankful I am to Alyssa and to express my gratitude to her!!! We met Alyssa 3 years ago to help us rent our property. She got us tenants in no time and good tenants! Fast forward 3 years later we decided to list our house for sale. Anyone buying or selling a house knows how hard the process is but I want to say if you work with Alyssa you DONT feel the process!!! Alyssa made our process the smoothest as possible! She is professional, reliable, honest and goes way beyond out of her way for everything and handles every little detail!!! We sold our house and we are thrilled!!! Alyssa we love you and couldn’t ask for anyone else better and we couldn’t do it without you!!! Thank you so so much for everything!!!

Johnny was always very attentive, responding to my calls and questions without delay. He was very professional and personable. Johnny handled both the sale of my house and the purchase of my new condominium, so the communication on both ends was easy and timely. He stepped in and got involved with some inspection issues I was having trouble getting resolved. Johnny was a pleasure to work with and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and detail oriented realtor.

We were relocating to another state due to a new job and wanted to sell our house quickly. Dave came into the picture with a plan to sell our house in the quickest amount of time with the most return. We closed roughly 6 weeks later for 51k more than the highest cash buyer was offering. Dave also provided great advise on how to deal with the purchase of our house in the new area we were looking to buy. Dave was professional, knowledgeable, personable, punctual and friendly. We would recommend him to anyone who wants to buy or sell a home.
