Andrea was great to work with on finding a new home. She taylored my search to exactly what I wanted. Every time a potential problem arose she already had an answer or knew the contact to reach out to. Also after closing she has checked in to make sure everything is fine. I doubt that many people would do the same. I would 100 percent recommend with zero hesitation to anyone looking for their new home

After we made an offer, he kept us informed as to progress, and when a problem arose in the inspection process, a very fair negotiation process was quick and easy. In addition Ed went above and beyond by making suggestions for contractors to help with improvements and even recomended an insurance agent that was beneficial. Communication throughout the process was super responsive. We were kept informed throughout the entire process with regular updates. Questions were answered clearly and quickly, and we had many since we had not bought a home in 52 years. In addition, closing was extremely smooth.
