Cuold have been a five except for the Titlt company. We have sold eight (8) homes in five states and this office of Stewart Title was by FAR the WORST ever!! Hands off should be their banner cry. We had to push them to complete each and every required task. Stewart Title should fire the entire team that "supported" us and hire a new team that knows what they are doing!

She followed up after the closing, and ensured she provided me with assistance/information needed to fix all the issues addressed in the inspection report - REALLY? WHO DOES THAT NOWADAYS?!?! She walked me thru the entire process, very patiently, and she repeated everything as many times needed until I understood without making me feel stupid - it’s a lot going on in the process of buying a home especially for a new homebuyer. Words can’t express my gratitude for all her kindness, patience , and knowledge - not only in regards to loan, best locations, etc, but also what to look for in the long run such as quality of walls/paint/ countertop/ utilities/appliances.
