Julius knows very well on what's he's doing. When we set an appointment he responded fast and every questions that we were asking, he knows what to answer. Elena started to take over the house from my previous renter and engaged immediately in preparing the house for market listing. The house had been rented for over 16 years and a lot of repairs and maintenance needed to be done to make it ready for sale. I, the owner of the house was away from the States. Elena always found the best repairmen /workers/companies for the different jobs at the reasonable price. Due to our different locations there is 15 hour time difference and Elena has been very patient and effective in communicating with me. Elena works very hard to promote the sale of the house and the potential buyers keep flowing at a very healthy rate even the Las Vegas market is not as favorable as many years ago. The house was sold with Elena’s diligent efforts and I am very pleased with the results. I do appreciate her professionalism and enjoyed my experience working with her.
