Her ability to communicate how to achieve our goal of selling our house in a timely manner was correct! Leslie was able to answer all of our questions and concerns, arrange and staff the open houses, and even assisted us on the day of our move. We found her to be the epitome of professionalism. I had the best experience with Shari as my realtor. Shari sold my Henderson home during a challenging time of high interest rates and the threat of rising inflation. She only charged 1% commission but I felt that I received service at least as good if not better than I’ve received from 3% realtors in the past. Shari listed my home on the front page of the Las Vegas review journal twice. Her team assisted with some minor repairs I needed. She was present for the home inspection as well as the home appraisal to assure things went smoothly. She provided knowledgeable guidance on what to do with the inspection findings. I was out of town for several weeks while the home was on the market, and she had someone on her team go by the house at least once a week to check on things. The closing actually occurred while I was out of town and she arranged to have a notary come to my location to sign the final paperwork. Selling a home can be stressful, and it was great to have someone like Shari to look after my interests and provide reassurement along the way.
