She only charged 1% commission but I felt that I received service at least as good if not better than I’ve received from 3% realtors in the past. She was present for the home inspection as well as the home appraisal to assure things went smoothly. She provided knowledgeable guidance on what to do with the inspection findings. I was out of town for several weeks while the home was on the market, and she had someone on her team go by the house at least once a week to check on things. The closing actually occurred while I was out of town and she arranged to have a notary come to my location to sign the final paperwork. Selling a home can be stressful, and it was great to have someone like Shari to look after my interests and provide reassurement along the way.
