This is the second time I've worked with Michael in helping find my family a home. He always goes above and beyond and even finds that extra mile for us. He was with us every step of the way, guiding us through the decisions we made going through the buying process as well as showing and explaining the little things that we should pay attention to. Ever after everything is said and done, he's there as a pillar of knowledge that I can trust in when I need to get answers for my questions or more understanding when it comes to my home and what I should be doing. I can't recommend Michael enough. He's the best.

I can’t recommend Mike highly enough. Going into this process, I was honestly nervous about doing everything on my own, but he made what could have been overwhelming feel completely manageable. From day one, he was incredibly supportive, patient, and always available whenever I had questions or needed reassurance. He took the time to explain every step, never made me feel rushed, and truly had my best interests at heart. I always felt like I had someone in my corner who genuinely cared, which made all the difference. His responsiveness and consistency gave me so much confidence throughout the entire experience. If you’re looking for someone who is not only knowledgeable but also kind, dependable, and fully invested in helping you succeed, Mike is the one. I would absolutely work with him again for any future real estate needs and recommend him without hesitation.

First time buyer here, the idea of it seemed intimidating but after a brief conversation with Mike he gained my trust to go through with it. I’m extremely glad I did because the experience was great and he was there every step of the way to make sure things were in order. 10/10

Dale was fantastic to work with throughout our home-buying journey. He is approachable, personable, punctual, and incredibly helpful every step of the way. We were purchasing from out of state, so much of the process had to be managed long distance, and Dale made everything seamless and stress-free. He was always responsive, kept us informed, and went above and beyond to help us find the right home. Thanks to his expertise and dedication, we had a great experience and are thrilled with our new home. We highly recommend Dale to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and reliable real estate agent. 10/10 experience!

We were searching for a home in Las Vegas while living in Los Angeles and discovered Dale through his YouTube channel, where he showcases Las Vegas properties. We also contacted several other agents from similar channels, but Dale stood out immediately as the most approachable and easy to communicate with, so we decided to work with him. From our first conversation to meeting him in person, Dale was exactly as he appears in his videos—warm, calm, and genuinely trustworthy. What impressed us most was his strong negotiation skills with the builder. He worked extremely hard on our behalf and was able to secure better discounts and incentives than we ever expected. We truly felt he was fully on our side throughout the entire process. As first-time buyers of a new construction home, we had many questions and uncertainties. Dale carefully reviewed every communication with the builder, clearly explained each step, and always gave us timely and practical advice. Because of him, the entire process felt smooth, organized, and stress-free. He also went far beyond what we expected from an agent—personally picking us up when we flew from Los Angeles and even attending construction walkthroughs on our behalf. His willingness to help with every detail made a huge difference for us. Dale is reliable, knowledgeable, and always puts his clients’ best interests first. Even after closing, he continues to be available whenever we have questions, which gives us great peace of mind. We are especially grateful to Dale for making a long-distance home purchase feel so easy and secure. For anyone buying a home in Las Vegas—especially from out of state—we highly recommend Dale without hesitation. His professionalism, kindness, and dedication are truly outstanding, and we are sincerely thankful for everything he has done for us.

We worked with Dale as our RE agent for about a year. We are from California & we needed someone who’s very knowledgeable about the housing market in Las Vegas as we are looking for a 2nd home. Dale has been patient helping us to find the house that’s perfect for us. Dale is very professional, he didn’t pressure us into buying one at all. We wanted to wait until the market is right. And because we live 200 miles away Dale helped us coordinate stuff when we were closing, and received our keys for us so we can come at our most convenient. Dale is always ready to help & answer questions, his communication, knowledge & professionalism is exactly what we needed. If you are on a similar situation, Dale is the guy to work with! Thanks for everything, Dale! It was great working with you. We’ll surely recommend you with our California friends.

David did an incredible job finding our dream home! He was highly recommended to us from a family friend. He really took into consideration of what we were looking for providing his expertise on properties, location, market, value, etc. It felt like the home was meant to be for us. My family and I are originally from Hawaii so it was important for us to find a realtor we could trust and have great hospitality and service from. David being from Hawaii was an extra plus. He was great with communicating, very professional, friendly and personable. His partnerships allowed us to have an amazing offer on our home that we couldn't pass up on. We are first time home buyers so the process was already stressful, but David made the process smooth for us, made us more knowledgable and reassured us we were making the best decision. Thank you David and Darell! We will never forget this incredible experience!
