Dan definitely knows the area and the market. He gave me such knowledgeable insight as to what was the focus for my property. He updated me on people responses to my home. It meant a lot for me to be kept informed with constant communication. Selling a home is somewhat invasive on your time and space and Dan did all he could to make it as painless as he could for this ol girl. I cannot sing his praises enough.
