He was more than helpful - he gave good advice about pricing the property and helped keep us in reality. He shepherded the deal - with all its complications - to a successful end. We do not have more properties in Vegas but if we did we would certainly want to use him again!

This may sound like an exaggeration, but if I could give Michael a 10 out of 5, I would! We bought a home in Vegas while still living 1800 miles away and never once did Michael let us down.
