David provided detailed pictures of the interior and exterior of the house. He also walked through the property several times and highlighted the pros and cons while on a video call with me which helped me make my final decision to purchase this property. Fast forward a few years, I asked David to represent me when I decided to sell this property. David and his team made the sale as painless as can be considering I was on a trip out of the country at the time. David took the time to explain every offer we received highlighting which ones were better than others. He also took the time to schedule calls to go over the paperwork which can be confusing if you don’t deal with it everyday. The biggest highlight is David took the lead on several negotiations with the buyer’s agent when issues arose which could have tanked the sale and ultimately saved me money at the end.
