Fast forward a few years, I asked David to represent me when I decided to sell this property. David and his team made the sale as painless as can be considering I was on a trip out of the country at the time. David took the time to explain every offer we received highlighting which ones were better than others. He also took the time to schedule calls to go over the paperwork which can be confusing if you don’t deal with it everyday. The biggest highlight is David took the lead on several negotiations with the buyer’s agent when issues arose which could have tanked the sale and ultimately saved me money at the end.
