Darrell is real easy to work with and very knowledgeable of the market. He took care of me during this whole process every step of the way.

As a first-time homebuyer, I really appreciated having an experienced and knowledgeable Realtor by my side. From start to finish, working with David Sur to purchase my condo in Honolulu was a great experience. David helped me understand the process, answered my questions, and made me feel supported along the way. His knowledge of the Honolulu condo market and experience negotiating helped me get a great deal and feel confident in my purchase. I’m so grateful for the guidance and care I received throughout this journey. I would highly recommend David Sur to anyone looking to buy a home on Oʻahu, especially first-time buyers!

David did an incredible job finding our dream home! He was highly recommended to us from a family friend. He really took into consideration of what we were looking for providing his expertise on properties, location, market, value, etc. It felt like the home was meant to be for us. My family and I are originally from Hawaii so it was important for us to find a realtor we could trust and have great hospitality and service from. David being from Hawaii was an extra plus. He was great with communicating, very professional, friendly and personable. His partnerships allowed us to have an amazing offer on our home that we couldn't pass up on. We are first time home buyers so the process was already stressful, but David made the process smooth for us, made us more knowledgable and reassured us we were making the best decision. Thank you David and Darell! We will never forget this incredible experience!

Working with Kerry Herdt on the purchase of my unit was an excellent experience from start to finish. Kerry was professional, responsive, and truly made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He took the time to answer my questions, kept me informed at every step, and made sure I felt confident in my decisions. It’s clear that Kerry genuinely cares about his clients and goes above and beyond to make sure they’re supported throughout and even after the real estate process. I’m grateful for his help and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. If you’re searching for someone knowledgeable, trustworthy, and easy to work with, Kerry is the person you want in your corner.

Kerry and his team committed themselves to making the sale of my home as easy as possible. They were attentive and professional, always in my corner. Kerry went above and beyond to make sure everything went as smoothly as it could have.

Jack and Meshach went above and beyond helping my husband and I buy our dream home! Jack was an excellent communicator, always took the time to answer any questions day or night, and helped explain everything I needed to know when purchasing our dream home. Meshach and Jack are both very warm and friendly people, and answered any and all questions we had even if they seemed silly. They made the process so simple and easy I almost couldn’t believe we did it so quickly. Any and all concerns we had were immediately handled by Jack and Meshach, and they went above and beyond to communicate our wants and needs to the sellers to make it a smooth and quick transaction. I feel so lucky to have crossed paths with Jack and Meshach (thanks to a recommendation from our financial advisor) because they made the home buying process easy, and fun with their personalities and attention to detail. I am happy to have them in my life now, and would highly recommend Jack and Meshach from the Jack Greenberg group!

Zachary Prinz was amazing to work with during my recent home purchase. As a first time buyer, I had a million questions, but Zach truly answered every single question quickly and clearly. He was sweet, patient and made me feel like family. His knowledge helped me in finding the perfect home. His negotiation skills saved me money and even earned me money in credits on the final purchase. He truly was perfect and made everything go smoothly and easy. I felt supported through every step of closing and I couldn’t have asked for a better partner.

My realtor Sabrina is amazing! She explained everything very good and was there every step of the way! I felt super comfortable and heard on what I was looking for.
