My first impression of Dale was that he is a very responsible person. He listened to my needs and what specifically I was working for. Very knowlegeable young man with a lot of experience. Whwn we started I informed him my budget was 400k but 2 weeks into searching for the house I explained to him since Im retired Ill be more comfortable with a 300k property.
