The house was exactly what we wanted--but it was slightly above our budget. In addition, the owners were difficult. Monica, who is very well connected with other realtors (believe me, this matters), was able to negotiate a price that fit for us, even though there were several times that the sellers were about to walk away. She was also able to get the sellers to throw in some furniture and other fairly expensive items that will help our transition. Monica has those interpersonal skills, grit and creativity that you want in a realtor representing you. We believe that we got really good value for our money, and the house has already appreciated. We are very pleased.
