My first impression of Dale was that he is a very responsible person. He listened to my needs and what specifically I was working for. Very knowlegeable young man with a lot of experience. Whwn we started I informed him my budget was 400k but 2 weeks into searching for the house I explained to him since Im retired Ill be more comfortable with a 300k property. I expected him to be somewhat dissappointed but to my surprised he worked even harder in helping me find my retirement home im Las Vegas. This ypung man is a gift from above. I highly recommend him.
Susie has a lot of market knowledge. She knows how to play the negotiation game and is resourceful in preparing for getting your house sold. She was an outstanding partner and made sure we were comfortable with all the choices. She navigated us through challenges and made the home selling process as easy as possible. I would definitely recommend Susie to work with. She is just outstanding!

Shari listed my home on the front page of the Las Vegas review journal twice. Her team assisted with some minor repairs I needed. She was present for the home inspection as well as the home appraisal to assure things went smoothly. She provided knowledgeable guidance on what to do with the inspection findings. I was out of town for several weeks while the home was on the market, and she had someone on her team go by the house at least once a week to check on things. The closing actually occurred while I was out of town and she arranged to have a notary come to my location to sign the final paperwork. Selling a home can be stressful, and it was great to have someone like Shari to look after my interests and provide reassurement along the way.
