I have used Susan to buy 5 homes in Las Vegas. If I have my eye on a property, I ALWAYS win the bid in multiple offer situations. Her knowledge of the market and property offers has given me the edge EVERY TIME! I have never lost a property I put an offer in on. She immediately gets back to me when I call. Communication is key when investing in real estate, so this was very important to me. She is familiar with the entire Las Vegas and Henderson area, so I just tell her what I want and she finds it. Susan is really a relatable lady. I clicked with her the first time we met, super easy to talk to, and most importantly, she listens and understands what type of property I am looking for. I would not use anyone else. She also does my property management. Working with renters can be tricky, but she has no problem keeping them happy and the property kept up. Most importantly, during Covid, I had NO non payers. She chose my renters wisely and had solutions if money got tight during Covid. She is kind and compassionate with my renters, but also won't take any shit either!
