I’m a first time home buyer and had no idea what to expect. Though people would tell me it would be a headache. Allison made everything so easy for me and kept in communication almost everyday. She made her schedule flexible and was ready to look at the next house I was interested in. She even got me a home $20,000 under asking price, and $8,000 in closing costs. I highly recommend her!
