Without a doubt, Merri & her associate Jodie are the Dream Team of real estate transactions in Las Vegas. My previous home buying experience with an agent was nothing like dealing with Merri & Jodie. When we were looking for an agent to help us buy our home (from out of state), knowledge and experience were just the entry level qualifications we were looking for. Among other things, they were responsive, thorough, proactive, analytical, trustworthy, strategic, transparent, and very well connected in the area. They very easily could have sold us 5 other houses before we found "the one", but they didn't. They didn't let us settle. They put in the work to make sure that we got exactly what we were looking for at a great price. Merri's nickname is "The Negotiator" and we were able to see her "take the gloves off" for us live up to the name.

We Have been dealing with Dan for several years now. Every encounter with him has been very professional. He has answered a barrage of questions completely and without hesitation. Kim was from the start very Knowledgeable. She helped navigate a more than tough market and got our house sold in the time we required. She is an outstanding realtor who is professional and caring.
