When we were looking for an agent to help us buy our home (from out of state), knowledge and experience were just the entry level qualifications we were looking for. Very happy with all the work Coty put in to making my purchase work. Her communication was on point, she was very prompt and took the time to make sure everything went smoothly. Very satisfied with her experience in the market and the advice she has. I went through a couple purchase contracts with another relator that had 20 years of supposed experience and they didn’t do half as much as Coty did to negotiate a deal.
