Most professionals (in any industry) are varying degrees of 'average' at what they do. Their work performance is 'just fine,' which frankly is 'just fine' for most of their clients' needs. I have used Charles' as both a buying and selling agent for 7 transactions now. After using other agents in the past, and comparing them to the way he operates, I have realized I am definitely working with a top performer. The difference is polarizing. He is detail oriented and thorough at an extreme level. Being the meticulous type myself, I see this as an invaluable business relationship.
