I felt very lucky to be assigned to Bill through the lending company. He made himself available for several days of tours and even spent time with myself and the contractor when deciding on renovations, prior to closing. Bill was actually the one who supplied the name of a good contractor! When I decided to switch to a cash purchase he did what was necessary to facilitate that last minute change. I would highly recommend Bill when considering who to work with as a buyer!

This was our third realtor in three years. From finding our dream home, to closing, and beyond, William guided us all the way to the end. He had excellent and timely communications, helping us to not just understand the process but also guiding us through the various documents.

I thought she did a great job of looking out for hinden things that I might not of thought about. He made my first time buying a home by myself easy and not scary. He was patient.

Very responsive to our texts and requests. Good communicator and honest when asked his opinions.

She is a very good realtor. Get what we needed at the time and we will use her again next time.

Lacy has been an absolute value to our purchasing a new home. She has gone Above and Beyond what Is normally done. I would recommend Lacy to anyone purchasing a home and looking for a realtor who absolutely looks out for your best interest. She’s amazing.!

Kim went above and beyond with keeping me up to date, getting answers to questions that I didn't have the time to ask, and fought for me through negotiations though I was ready to settle. Kim went the extra mile to get my house sold after it sat for two years, and I believe the TOM reflects that!!

Great customer service. Very responsive to all my questions and concerns.

Tom was great. Excellent communication and helped with every step along the way. I highly recommend him and you won’t be disappointed.

This is late, but I do want to recommend Brenda Ratliff as your personal realtor. When Jana and I became engaged to be married in October 2024, we decided to move out of our respective houses, and build a new house adjacent to her two sons' homes. She would sell her home to a grandson, and I would sell my home in Bloomington to finance the new build. That was when we contacted Brenda. Brenda Ratliff knows the real estate market in Lawrence and Monroe counties. She walked the property, examined every corner of my house, and came up with a plan to list it when we were ready. After consulting with our builder, we listed the home with enough time to move my belongings into a newly completed garage. Brenda sold the house for the price I wanted. In TWO WEEKS! She found the perfect family to move into the house. We all frantically emptied our homes and spent most of the summer making everything fit. I am sorry for the delay in writing this, but I haven't had a spare minute since the move began. Brenda has her finger on the real estate pulse. She can definitely find and move property. Her personal touch is what makes the difference. Give her a call. You'll be close friends in no time. Thanks, Brenda! Bob & Jana Branch

Camela was excellent to work with. She was professional, patient and understanding of our situation. She kept us notified of what was happening with our property. I would list with Camela again if the need arises. Thank you again Camela

Vicky was awesome best buying/selling experience I’ve had she went above and beyond for us to find out forever homestead. Highly recommend Vicky Speer at carpenter realty you will not regret it.

Over the years, Savanah Lindvall has helped me both buy and sell property. She is attentive and intent on making the sale and purchase the best experience possible. She knows when to speak and when to be silent, never pressuring, but always giving solid information and advice. She sticks with it and works with her clients til the end. I highly recommend her!

Angie stuck with us through years of searching for a house. She would drop everything to get us a tour, and always answered our questions immediately. She was personable, incredibly kind, and helped us through our entire first time experience of buying a home. She got us the perfect house to start our family.

We worked with Angie for a few years while looking for our perfect home. She always answered all of our questions, no matter how basic, and she was always easy to get ahold of. I was surprised at how easy the process ended up being.
