I am a native of Brown County. My family has been here for many generations and were some of the original non-native Americans to settle the area in the early 1800's. I have lived in Brown County or Columbus all my life. I have two teenaged sons. I specialize in residential real estate in Brown and Bartholomew Counties as well as the counties surrounding them. Originally from Texas and a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin, Shaely spent more than two decades working in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology research sector before transitioning into real estate. After graduating from Miami University, Oxford, Ohio with degrees in French and International Studies, she began a banking career and ultimately served as a commercial relationship manager. Since 1996, she has participated in the family business, McGinley Vacation Cabins, owning and managing overnight and long-term rental properties in Brown County, Indiana. She became active in the real estate industry in 2007. Kathryn is married to Jeff, has a son and daughter and two grandchildren.

Before becoming a REALTOR®, Kim spent 31 years as a dedicated Registered Nurse-an experience that shaped her compassion, attention to detail, and ability to guide people through important life decisions with calm and confidence. During her nursing career, Kim spent 15 years working directly with patients in their homes, providing and selling medical equipment and services while building trusted relationships and helping families navigate important care decisions. In the later part of her nursing career, she served as a State Surveyor with the Indiana Department of Health, evaluating healthcare facilities and ensuring high standards of care and compliance. Today, Kim brings that same level of care and professionalism to real estate.
