We were a complicated situation: the house was in a trust, needed repairs, and there were multiple points of contact Phil needed to coordinate (myself as my father's caregiver, my sister as the trustee of the trust the house was in, and my brother who was still living in the house). Phil made it seem effortless. He kept everyone informed in a very timely manner. He coordinated repairman and showings. My dad and I had already moved out of state and Phil took care of everything.
