Born and raised in Bloomington, Indiana, Kim brings a lifelong connection to the community and a deep commitment to service in her real estate career. Before becoming a REALTOR®, Kim spent 31 years as a dedicated Registered Nurse-an experience that shaped her compassion, attention to detail, and ability to guide people through important life decisions with calm and confidence.
During her nursing career, Kim spent 15 years working directly with patients in their homes, providing and selling medical equipment and services while building trusted relationships and helping families navigate important care decisions. In the later part of her nursing career, she served as a State Surveyor with the Indiana Department of Health, evaluating healthcare facilities and ensuring high standards of care and compliance.
Today, Kim brings that same level of care and professionalism to real estate. Whether you're buying your first home, searching for more space, or preparing to sell, she offers a steady, client-first approach backed by strong communication and local insight. Her integrity and problem-solving mindset make her a trusted partner throughout the entire process.
Outside of real estate, Kim enjoys exploring Indiana's vibrant local culture and spending time with her husband, daughter, granddaughter, two stepsons and their families, along with her extended family and friends. She also shares her home with four dogs and eight cats and values giving back to the community she has always called home.
