Trish communicated so well with all parties involved that from the first phone call with Trish to closing on my new house was less than 3 weeks!

Trish is a top notch agent! Her home showing preparation is great. She had all the materials we needed to make notes for an informed decision. The offer process was smooth and closing was easy. Trish is a great communicator and responds promptly to all calls and texts. Would highly recommend her to anyone looking in the Columbus Indiana area.

Trish was a pleasure to work with. After helping us navigate the process of buying a house, which Trish helped us find our perfect ranch, we had to sell our current home. Trish guided us through that process as well; suggesting what we should, and shouldn’t do. Which, by the way was good advice. She recommended tradesman that could get our current home in top selling condition. And when it came time to navigate the complexity of offers, Trish was there, in her usual clam demeanor, taking us through all the paperwork. Explaining everything and answering all our questions. Trish is a great communicator, hard working, and wants the best for her clients. You can’t have a better realtor than Trish!!

Crystal answered all questions in a timely manner, was easy to talk to about price setting and negotiating and explained things I didn’t understand

She is a great realtor. Works hard for you and what you need. Stays on top of the process and is professional.

A true pleasure to work with. Crystal never neglected a message or call. She knows her job and does it very well. Talks to you like she has known you her whole life. She does not put up a front, nor does she act better than her clients, just as normal and down to earth as can be. I used her skill and knowledge to purchase the new home I had built from 6 states away and there were no problems what-so-ever. I truly recommend Crystal.
