Adrianne is very knowledgeable about real estate and flipping homes. There were some details I would have rather learned from her, but learned from reaching out to others in the community with questions such as what radon is. But overall Adrianne showed up for me because I would not have been able to make this move without her. As a single mom I couldn't afford termite treatment, replacing windows, or installing handrail and she took it upon herself (along with the sellers realtor) to pay for these updates herself!!! Absolutely amazing!!! She made every move in my favor and listened intently to my needs and found the perfect home for my family. She took time out to take me around to many homes and gave me space to process this decision.
