Best Decision I could've made

Trish is an ABSOLUTE pro. She made the selling process easy and she took a hands on approach in assisting with all the repairs needed in order to get this deal closed. I tried doing a flat fee listing on my own but Trish was such an asset I would never not use her again. Anyone who wants a bonafide professional should definitely work with Trish.
