We worked with Phil Shively’s team in Brown County Indiana to sell my parent-in-laws’ home. The Shively team were great communicators and offered us advice at every step along the process. They team made the difficult task of selling real estate from afar (we are in Colorado) quite painless. We are super pleased with the final sales price, and all aspects of our relationship with Phil’s team. In two instances the team went above and beyond normal real estate agent duties. First, Jane delivered a pizza and some groceries to my brother-in-law who was stranded at the house. Second, Shaely and Phil forwarded to Colorado a FedEx envelope that had been delivered to the house after the sale. They were so available, helpful and went way above the call of duty. They had our backs throughout and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell in Brown County.

Her professionalism, extensive knowledge of real estateMarkets, her attention to details , and always on top of all communications , deadlines etc….. She was so great to work with! From the moment we first met her to the final closing processes - she was on top of everything and we could relax knowing we were in good hands!
