They team made the difficult task of selling real estate from afar (we are in Colorado) quite painless. We are super pleased with the final sales price, and all aspects of our relationship with Phil’s team. In two instances the team went above and beyond normal real estate agent duties. First, Jane delivered a pizza and some groceries to my brother-in-law who was stranded at the house. Second, Shaely and Phil forwarded to Colorado a FedEx envelope that had been delivered to the house after the sale. They were so available, helpful and went way above the call of duty.
