Tom was excellent at really dialing in on what we were looking for. He helped with all the details of the transition of buying the property. My financing even changed dramatically and he was claim about it and rolled with me switching to my HELOC to pay for the property last minute. That actually worked out better, because lenders on second homes are ridiculous! Tom took us to his favorite title company in Nashville and they were great as well! The whole experience was very good.

Phil Shively and his team provided us the best experience selling my father's house. We were a complicated situation: the house was in a trust, needed repairs, and there were multiple points of contact Phil needed to coordinate (myself as my father's caregiver, my sister as the trustee of the trust the house was in, and my brother who was still living in the house). Phil made it seem effortless. He kept everyone informed in a very timely manner. He coordinated repairman and showings. My dad and I had already moved out of state and Phil took care of everything. If I could give more than 5 stars out of 5, him and his team would definitely be getting even more. I highly recommend this very capable and efficient team!

Tom is not a quitter. He will literally work his butt off for his clients! He is always a phone call away. Very easy to get ahold of.
