A great overall experience!

I felt very lucky to be assigned to Bill through the lending company. He made himself available for several days of tours and even spent time with myself and the contractor when deciding on renovations, prior to closing. Bill was actually the one who supplied the name of a good contractor! When I decided to switch to a cash purchase he did what was necessary to facilitate that last minute change. I would highly recommend Bill when considering who to work with as a buyer!
