Kelli & Michelle were great at communicating with me. Whether I had called with a question or advising me as the process progressed. She knew the market & had a great strategy even though I wasn't sure at first. She asked me to trust her & I'm glad I did! She's a great negotiator! She always has her clients back. Kelli & Michelle both were always professional & friendly. They wanted to honor my mom & step-dad's legacy and they did a fantastic job of that! My siblings & I were very pleased with the outcome.

Finding the right person to help you sell your home is such a crucial step in the process and can be the difference between a seamless transaction and a nightmare. Mike made sure we understood every step of the process, communicating clearly and professionally answering any questions we had with the patience of a saint. Anytime a problem arose, Mike went above and beyond to help us find a solution that didn't break the bank or make us lose our minds. His expert knowledge ensured that our home was staged to perfection and he worked tirelessly to help us get top dollar. Mike doesn't just talk the talk, he walks the walk. If you are looking for a realtor to list your home, I can't recommend Mike enough. I would absolutely work with Mike again.

Very helpful.great tea

Izma was such a pleasure to work with. My wife and I worked with her to purchase our first home and we would have chosen Izma again 10 times out of 10. What I found most valuable was Izma’s knowledge of the market as well as her gentle attitude toward buying a home. Izma gave my wife and I plenty of space and information when we needed to discuss or figure something out. We did not feel pressured in any sort of way to move on a place if it was to our liking.

Jennifer was amazing to work with! She has such great taste and a really good eye for design. She helped me so much throughout the renovation process, especially when it came to picking out materials and finishes. I really valued her opinions and trusted her suggestions. She was always willing to help and made the whole process so much easier. I'm so glad I had her as my agent and would definitely recommend her!

My husband and I were tasked with selling two houses in order to purchase our dream home with land. It was not easy at all, but Lin, as always, was in touch and on top of it all and navigated us through every steps. Lin is very professional, knowledgeable, and gracious. We have used her for 3 sales and 3 purchases and I would not ever consider using anyone else anyone else besides Lin Van Meter. Hopefully this is our happily ever after home and we will not need Lin's expertise in the future, but we look forward to referring friends and family her way.

Linda helped me sell property for a friend who passed. Her actions to help me get it show ready were appreciated and helped with the sale. Not ever selling a house, her responsiveness to my questions was quick and reassuring. Thank you, Linda!
