I sincerely cannot recommend Adam highly enough. The home-buying and home-selling process is challenging, and it's been especially challenging in this recent market with fluctuating interest rates and a fast-paced purchasing market. We were second-time home buyers and first-time home sellers, so we were extra anxious. Adam was incredible every step of the way. He helped us view dozens (truly dozens!) of houses, sometimes half a dozen in a day, and he was fully invested, attentive to detail, prepared, and well-researched every single time. He always kept our asks in mind and having him at viewings was like having a third family members combing through the houses with us. In this market especially, the proprietary pre-MLS listings Adam gave us access to helped us plan several viewings in advance, and that really helped with the quick turnaround when it came time for us to put in offers.
