I sincerely cannot recommend Adam highly enough. The home-buying and home-selling process is challenging, and it's been especially challenging in this recent market with fluctuating interest rates and a fast-paced purchasing market. We were second-time home buyers and first-time home sellers, so we were extra anxious. Adam was incredible every step of the way. He helped us view dozens (truly dozens!) of houses, sometimes half a dozen in a day, and he was fully invested, attentive to detail, prepared, and well-researched every single time. He always kept our asks in mind and having him at viewings was like having a third family members combing through the houses with us. In this market especially, the proprietary pre-MLS listings Adam gave us access to helped us plan several viewings in advance, and that really helped with the quick turnaround when it came time for us to put in offers. Although we'd bought one other house before, we were still a little out of our depth, and Adam took care to walk us through every part of the process each step of the way. Best of all, he was always, always, always available when we needed to be in contact! The home selling process with Adam was an absolute breeze--I expected that to be very stressful, but he and Northstar Realty really plan for and take care of all the details. Real estate is business, but it's a very personal businesses, and Adam is a sincere, honest, kind, and community-oriented agent. That's exactly what we needed to help us feel comfortable in this process, and we couldn't be more grateful. We have strongly recommended Adam to my own family members looking to eventually buy and sell, and I will offer his name without hesitation to every friend or family member that needs an agent. He is someone you can absolutely rely on, and he takes his business very seriously while still managing to always have a smile.
