Additionally, with deep real estate experience Juli-Anne and Carol were able to give us real estate advice and/or solve any issue we encountered during the purchase of our new property and selling our home of 35 years. If not for Carol and Juli-Ann who expertly navigated past the many landmines that threatened to blow up the sale of our house, there's no way we would have closed, especially in a difficult market. From start to finish, they listened, communicated, and provided the right advice (even recommending great painters and a deep cleaning crew before showing the house) with calm and professionalism. They were never pushy nor impatient. At times, the buyer's demands seemed outrageous, just as I'm sure our counter proposals as the sellers seemed equally ridiculous. But still, Juli-Ann and Carol deftly managed to keep both sides engaged. Even after we wanted to terminate the sale, these two exceptionsal realtors found the middle ground to make it work.
