Even in the dead of fall/winter with what appeared to be little serious activity, we stayed true to his plan with occasional adjustments where needed and ultimately found an ideal buyer. His network of house repair and maintenance contacts was extensively used, saving me a lot of time, grief and money. Overall, a very positive experience.

Her knowledge and expertise helped to put the minds of my wife and myself at ease throughout much of the process. This relieved much of the stress and discomfort of tackling this project when neither myself nor my wife could even be in the state during the majority of the process.
