Even in the dead of fall/winter with what appeared to be little serious activity, we stayed true to his plan with occasional adjustments where needed and ultimately found an ideal buyer. This relieved much of the stress and discomfort of tackling this project when neither myself nor my wife could even be in the state during the majority of the process.
