If not for Carol and Juli-Ann who expertly navigated past the many landmines that threatened to blow up the sale of our house, there's no way we would have closed, especially in a difficult market. From start to finish, they listened, communicated, and provided the right advice (even recommending great painters and a deep cleaning crew before showing the house) with calm and professionalism. They were never pushy nor impatient. At times, the buyer's demands seemed outrageous, just as I'm sure our counter proposals as the sellers seemed equally ridiculous. But still, Juli-Ann and Carol deftly managed to keep both sides engaged. Even after we wanted to terminate the sale, these two exceptionsal realtors found the middle ground to make it work.

My experience with Keith was nothing short of fabulous. I cannot say enough great things about Keith and his teammate Cameron. They were excellent communicators throughout the entire process. I never once was afraid to reach out or ask any questions. Very approachable and knowledgeable. Their expert market evaluation coupled with a solid selling strategy was so effective, I had several offers over my asking price the first day on the market. They truly understood my home as it related to the current real estate market and were competitive but not reaching in pricing the home. The house sold its first day! I felt like they had my best interests at heart every step of the way. They were very professional from the first time I interviewed them all the way through the closing. I could not have asked for a better real estate agent/team.

5 years prior I was referred to Betty by a friend from work and finally decided to take the plunge to buy a home this year (2025). Betty is knowledgeable and points out aspects of the house that are red flags and green flags: this is extremely helpful to determine whether you should put an offer on a house, especially if you have no idea what to look for when looking at a home. Betty also has interior design qualifications which is a double plus: became helpful when I was looking at homes that I was thinking about fixing up. Due to the knowledge of pricing, certain types of materials, etc. I believe this actually saved me money. You can ask her anything and if she doesn't know, she knows someone who does and will get you an answer. Due to being a first time home buyer I had a lot of questions/concerns in regards to paperwork/timelines/all the flags in the homes and she had answers for all the questions. She will step up to the plate for you when dealing with other agents (I had an experience after putting in an offer). If you need to trust anyone you can trust her. She won't steer you wrong. I had no idea what to expect, overall it was a fairly smooth experience and I'm thankful to have had the pleasure of having Betty as my real estate agent.
