After a fire devastated our 9,000 sq. ft. house, we decided that we would move to a condominium. (Keith also helped us sell our house in an "As Is" condition. We originally were interested in one of Keith's listings at the Whitehall on Hanley Rd. After Keith heard our story and asked us what we were wanting in a condominium, he suggested that we look at one of the penthouse units at 622 Forest Ct. He showed us that unit even though he wasn't the listing agent. There were a number of interested buyers for the unit, and Keith expertly guided us to a contract that would be most appealing to the seller. Throughout the transaction, Keith gave us great expert advice. He is a true professional who was extremely responsive. We highly recommend Keith for his expertise, strong connections and responsiveness.
Our house on Portland Place was first hit by a tornado. Then, the company that was repairing the tornado damage to our chimney caused a fire. As a result of the fire, smoke and extensive water damage, the entire interior of our home was demolished. The restoration would have cost millions and would take at least two years to complete. My wife and I determined that we were not equipped to handle such an extensive and intense process. After we explained our situation to Keith, he said that he knew a family that would be interested in purchasing and restoring our house. Within less than a week, Keith found us buyers who were experienced in restoring historical homes and would like to restore the house as their personal residence. In addition, Keith introduced us to a wonderful condominium that we purchased. We are extremely than to Keith for helping us through a unique situation.
Keith was very confident of the pricing, marketing, and overall sales process of my home. Even in the dead of fall/winter with what appeared to be little serious activity, we stayed true to his plan with occasional adjustments where needed and ultimately found an ideal buyer. His network of house repair and maintenance contacts was extensively used, saving me a lot of time, grief and money. Overall, a very positive experience.
Very responsive, knowledgeable, informative.
Keith Manzer is dedicated, hardworking, professional and incredibly supportive. We spoke daily, and he guided me through every step of selling my home, from preparing it for sale to finding the right buyer. Keith worked tirelessly and was always available for questions, advice and reassurance. If you are fortunate enough to work with Keith and his team, you'll be guided through the buying or selling process with the care and integrity of a trusted friend. I would recommend Keith to anyone looking for an outstanding real estate agent in the St. Louis area. Buying or selling a home is hard and Keith made it easy.
