He showed us that unit even though he wasn't the listing agent. Our house on Portland Place was first hit by a tornado. Then, the company that was repairing the tornado damage to our chimney caused a fire. As a result of the fire, smoke and extensive water damage, the entire interior of our home was demolished. The restoration would have cost millions and would take at least two years to complete. My wife and I determined that we were not equipped to handle such an extensive and intense process. After we explained our situation to Keith, he said that he knew a family that would be interested in purchasing and restoring our house. Within less than a week, Keith found us buyers who were experienced in restoring historical homes and would like to restore the house as their personal residence.
