Keith helped the reviewer buy this property

Keith’s local expertise and honest guidance helped us find the perfect St. Louis home.

We had an exceptional experience with Keith, as our real estate agent. Moving to St. Louis without having spent time there before, we relied heavily on his deep knowledge of the city, neighborhoods, and market—and he was an invaluable guide from the start. He thoughtfully showed us homes across every neighborhood we were considering, plus a few others, so we could truly get a feel for each area. Despite a tight market and limited inventory, we were able to see several homes before they were officially listed. Throughout the process, he was never pushy and was always careful to point out all of his positive and cautionary perceptions of each property we toured.  He listened closely, offered objective and candid advice, and served as the thoughtful sounding board we needed. We always felt that Keith was focused on helping us find the right home—not simply making a sale. And we did! Keith came up with a creative proposal that helped us arrive at a solution with the sellers that resulted in a great mutual outcome in our transaction. We couldn’t be more thrilled with our new home and wholeheartedly recommend him.
