I met Ron through family. He presented me with several pages of information with regard to property near mine, which was helpful. I have lived in America for 11 years, but never been involved in property negotiations. I had sold 3 of my properties in South Africa at the price I asked. We disagreed on the price of the property, but I thought he knew better, so agreed on his pricing. In all our dealings Ron communicated well and expeditiously. When I did not understand how or why something was done, such as the many taxes to be paid, he was happy to explain it to me. The closing was well handled. I would recommend his services as a realtor.

Working with Colin was great. I went to several showings with him and he gave his honest opinions of each of them. The house I chose he helped me to negotiate a good price, and kept in contact after closing to see how everything was going. It was great working with Colin when purchasing my home. I could call or text anytime of day and he answered all the questions I had, there was a lot of them. Honest, knowledgeable and helpful in the stress of home buying.

As everyone knows, buying and selling a home can be very stressful. Steve made the entire process nearly stress-free. He helped us every step of the way, answering all of our questions and bringing up even small details to help us sell our home. His marketing is excellent, and the photographer he uses is top-notch. When he listed the property we had an open house with over 30 interested buyers, a number of private showings, and in three days had 5 offers. And this was in winter, supposedly a slow time for the real estate market. Steve made the entire process enjoyable, especially with his humor. We joked around a lot, but when Steve needed to negotiate he got down to business and really knew his stuff.
