I have lived in America for 11 years, but never been involved in property negotiations. I had sold 3 of my properties in South Africa at the price I asked. We disagreed on the price of the property, but I thought he knew better, so agreed on his pricing. In all our dealings Ron communicated well and expeditiously. When I did not understand how or why something was done, such as the many taxes to be paid, he was happy to explain it to me. The closing was well handled. As everyone knows, buying and selling a home can be very stressful. Steve made the entire process nearly stress-free.
