I first stumbled on Sherri several years ago attending an open house with my newly divorced sister who was house hunting. We ended up chatting with her for quite awhile and were struck not only by her knowledge of the local market but also her genuineness, compassion and humor. Upon leaving, I told me sister "you gotta call her". Sherri stuck with my sister through many ups and downs with such a positive, can-do attitude and eventually she was able to purchase a home for herself and her three boys. I knew that when the time came to buy or sell property I would be calling Sherri. Sherri first helped my husband and I purchase a lake property in Annandale. She was truly amazing in her ability to quickly gain knowledge of the local market and made many calls on our behalf to the city and local contractors so we could make an informed decision. What struck me most through the negotiation process were her people skills and ability to defuse tense situations with humor and professionalism. Most recently Sherri helped us through a move from our long time home in Maple Grove to Alexandria. From expertly staging our home to aggressively pricing and marketing it, we were confident that she would make int happen. We quickly realized the biggest stumbling block was the pool so Sherri went on the hunt for pool buyers and due to her tenaciousness some casual lookers at an open house became our buyers. Again, her negotiation skills were key in making this happen. Sherri also helped facilitate our relocation by interviewing local realtors in Alexandria for us and referred us to a moving company. What stands out most about Sherri is her responsiveness and willingness to always go above and beyond the call of duty. It is clear that she truly cares about her clients and will do what ever it takes to help them buy or sell their home.

Sherri is an awesome professional, it was a great experience. She came to our first meeting enthusiastic and well prepared, and every interaction I had with her after that was the same. During the first tour, she explained the details about the process and got a better understanding on what we were looking for. She knows a lot about the business and she was really really helpful while explaining how things work. She reviewed all the documentation while signing the purchase agreement and the closing paperwork. She even found a disclosure to be added to the documentation so I don't have further problems in the future.
