Scott's wealth of knowledge in the home industry was apparent from the moment I first spoke to him, and continued to show itself through the homebuying process. Having a realtor with extensive knowledge of building practices, common issues, and potential warning signs was invaluable, and I believe that it saved us both a lot of time and headache avoiding homes which may not have been a good fit. Nick is extremely professional and knowledgeable as well, and is extremely personable - touring homes with him felt like I was going with a friend, and as such I felt extremely at ease asking for his perspective on potential issues or thoughts I had about each home. He was also extremely punctual and always made an effort to get me any piece of information I asked for ASAP, regardless of time of day or day of the week. The tandem of Scott and Nick work extremely well together, and it was an extreme pleasure having both of them to assist me in finding a home that will be my own for many years. I fully intend to work with them in the future should the need arise, and I have already begun to recommend them to friends and coworkers.

Scott was recommended by a co-worker as I had interviewed three other agents and wasn't satisfied with them. My property was rural and had 40 acres. He came out and asked all the right questions for a rural property that the other agents didn't. I thought it was going to take 3-4 months to sell my property and he had it sold within a week after listing. I then had to scramble and find a place in town. He helped me do that too. That took a while longer and he was sweating as he wanted to make sure I had a place to live. We found a place once he helped me narrow my focus. He did seem to care and listened to my concerns. Totally recommend him.
