We had tried to sell our very unique house numerous times in the past 2-3 years. A few realtors, and once on our own, all of which produced little interest and no viable offers. Due to Connie's hard work and tenacity the house finally sold on Oct. 25th. We were absolutely elated and can't thank her enough.

I found Cory to be very professional in all aspects of selling our house from the initial appraisal to the closing. His market analysis was in line with what other homes in the area were selling. We had some health issues in regard to moving which necessitated solving some problems that were not necessarily within the scope of what an agent would be expected to do.
