My fiancé and I are recent college graduates who lived with their parents to save up enough to buy their first house. Sam guided us through the experience like a seasoned veteran. Sam offered an amazing price, that was over asking but under market price, saving us a couple grand in the process. Since this request is specific to the buying process I limit my comments to just the 8950 property, although the comments would be similar for both. Sam is dedicated to his customers and places their needs and wants first. He was a huge help when looking at potential properties. When touring a house he was like having a house inspector along looking much deeper into the property that the typical agent would do. We really appreciated this from him as 8950 had a variety of concerns to work thru. We are happy with the property and Sam's work helped get us to this happy place.
